This Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of December 6, 2010, is among The Dolan Company, a Delaware corporation (“Dolan”), as a Borrower and as the Borrowers’ Agent, the Subsidiaries of Dolan from time to time party hereto (together with Dolan, the “Borrowers”), the Lenders from time to time party hereto, and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as LC Issuer, Swing Line Lender and Administrative Agent.
