Avago Technologies Limited, a company organized under the laws of Singapore (the “Company”), pursuant to its 2009 Equity Incentive Award Plan, as amended from time to time (the “Plan”), hereby grants to the individual listed below (“Participant”), an award of restricted share units (“Restricted Share Units” or “RSUs”). Each Restricted Share Unit represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share upon vesting of the Restricted Share Unit. This award of Restricted Share Units is subject to all of the terms and conditions as set forth herein and in the Restricted Share Unit Award Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Agreement”) and the Plan, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Plan shall have the same defined meanings in this Grant Notice and the Agreement.

(Company Registration Number 200512010Z) AND ITS AFFILIATES, incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and having its place of business at No. 1 Yishun Avenue 7, Singapore 768923 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) of the one part and the UNITED WORKERS OF ELECTRONICS & ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES of 252 Tembeling Road, #03-07 Tembeling Centre, Singapore 423731, a trade union of employees registered pursuant to the Trade Unions Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) of the other part.
