This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of June 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Dlorah, Inc., a South Dakota corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of National American University Holdings, Inc.
