This Amendment (this “Amendment”) to that Employment Agreement, dated July 27, 2009 (the “Agreement”), is entered into this 3rd day of December 2009, by and between Local.com Corporation (“Employer” or “Company”), and Michael Plonski (“Executive”). Employer and Executive shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
