THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and among ROCKVILLE FINANCIAL, INC., a Connecticut corporation (the “Company”), ROCKVILLE BANK, a Connecticut savings bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank”), and Christopher Buchholz (“Executive”) which was first effective as of June 5, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) and thereafter amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2009 and thereafter amended by a First Amendment effective as of April 13, 2009 and thereafter extended to December 31, 2010, is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as of January 1, 2011.
