(the “Company”) and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered, limited purpose trust company (collectively, the “Warrant Agent” or individually, “Computershare” and the “Trust Company,” respectively).
