THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 7th day of February, 2011, by and between Unilife Corporation (“Unilife”) and Ramin Mojdehbakhsh, Ph.D. (“Mojdeh”). The term “Unilife” shall include its subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns and successors in interest under Sections 7, 8, and 13.
