THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of June 1, 2010, by and between FIDELITY NATIONAL INFORMATION SERVICES, INC., a Georgia corporation (the "Company"), and george scanlon (the "Employee") and is effective upon June 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
