Reference is made to that certain Second Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of June 29, 2007 (the “Credit Agreement”), by and among the Borrowers, the Lenders referenced therein and the Administrative Agent. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.
