This Amendment to Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into on March 18, 2011, by and among Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Blueknight”), and Blueknight Energy Partners G.P., L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), on the one hand, and MSD Torchlight, L.P. (“Receiving Party”), on the other hand.
