THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of March 21, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., a Canadian corporation, formerly Biovail Corporation (the “Company”), and J.
