This Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 25, 2011 is entered into by and among ADS TACTICAL, INC. (formerly TACTICAL HOLDCORP, INC.), a Delaware corporation (referred to herein as “Holdings”), ATLANTIC DIVING SUPPLY, INC.
