This Registration Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 21, 2010, by and among Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc., an exempted company with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P.
