This CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONCOMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the 29th day of March, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (“Campus Crest”), and Robert Dann, an individual (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
