This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of by and between Thinkplus Investments Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and [Mr.][Ms.] ( ), an individual (the “Executive”).
