THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of CSI Canada LLC (the “Company”), dated as of January 28, 2010, by and among Claire’s Canada Corp., as the initial member of the Company, and any person subsequently admitted to the Company pursuant to this Agreement as set forth on Schedule I to this Agreement (each, a “Member” and collectively, “Members”).
