THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 28, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SIR CLARION PARK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and STEADFAST MANAGEMENT CO., INC., a California corporation (“Manager”).
