CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 17, 2011, among FIRSTENERGY SOLUTIONS CORP., an Ohio corporation (“FES”), and ALLEGHENY ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Allegheny”, and together with FES, the “Borrowers”), the banks and other financial institutions (the “Banks”) listed on the signature pages hereof, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
