THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 3rd day of June, 2011, by and between COP — Goldenwest, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Seller”) and the Westminster Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”), for acquisition by Agency of certain real property described below.
