THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 15, 2011, by and among GTSI Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”), Information Systems Consulting Group, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Company”), those Persons listed on Schedule 1 hereto (collectively, “Sellers”), and William J. Johnson, Jr., as a representative of all of the Sellers (the “Seller Representative”).
