Barry Corporation, an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (the “Former Rights Agent”), and Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Successor Rights Agent”).
