Capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company’s Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated February 9, 2009, as amended from time to time (the “LLC Agreement”) by and among the Company, and the persons named on Schedule A thereto.
