Bradley Green (“EMPLOYEE”) and Carriage Services, Inc., its past, present and future subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates and their past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, agents, insurers and legal counsel (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “COMPANY”).
