This SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this August 20, 2012, by and between JANUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Janus”) and JANUS CAPITAL SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED (“Janus Singapore”).

Attached is revised Schedule A to the Administration Agreement dated June 23, 2011, as may be further amended from time to time (the “Agreement”), between Janus Investment Fund (the “Trust”) and Janus Capital Management LLC (“JCM”). The purpose of the revision is to reflect the name change of Janus Real Return Allocation Fund to Janus Real Return Fund and the liquidation of Janus Global Market Neutral Fund, each effective as of October 15, 2012. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Agreement, the Trust hereby requests that JCM acknowledge its acceptance of the terms contained in the revised Schedule.

Attached is revised Appendix B to the Amended and Restated Transfer Agency Agreement dated June 18, 2002, as may be further amended from time to time (the “Agreement”), between Janus Investment Fund (the “Trust”) and Janus Services LLC (“Janus Services”). The purpose of the revision is to reflect the use of transfer agency fees paid by Class T Shares to compensate intermediaries for networking and omnibus expenses. Pursuant to Section 9 of the Agreement, the Trust hereby requests that Janus Services acknowledge its acceptance of the terms contained in the revised Appendix.
