THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made this 1st day of May, 2013, between ARE-SAN FRANCISCO NO. 29, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and ALLAKOS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
