THIS PURCHASED INTEREST AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 7, 2019 between Emmis Operating Company, an Indiana corporation (“Emmis”), and Sinclair Telecable, Inc., an Indiana corporation (“Sinclair”).
