This Call Center Services Agreement, together with one or more Statements of Work (each an “SOW”) signed by the Parties, (collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Facebook Ireland Limited, with offices at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin, 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) and Teledirect Pte Ltd, with offices at 750B Chai Chee Road, #04-05 to 08, Technopark@Chai Chee, Singapore 469002 (“Company”) effective as of November 18, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
