This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 9th day of November, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tyra Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Hiroomi Tada (“Executive” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”).
