This Change in Control and Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of [_____], 2022 (the “Effective Date”) between Andrew Vollero (“Executive”) and Reddit, Inc. (the “Company”). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide severance benefits to Executive if Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated under the circumstances described below.
