THIS AIRCRAFT TIME SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of _______, 2024, by and between Bay Grove Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessor”), and Lineage, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Lessee”).
