This Second Amendment (this “Second Amendment”) to the Management and Support Services Agreement between the Parties (as defined below) dated November 15, 2005 (“Agreement”) is dated and effective November 15, 2006, (“Second Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Hythiam, Inc.
