This Waiver and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kymberly Gold-Lubell (hereinafter “Gold-Lubell”), on the one hand, and True Religion Apparel, Inc. and Guru Denim, Inc., on the other hand (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”).
