This Contract is made as of November 1, 2007 (“Effective Date”), between Commercial Bancshares, Inc. (“CBS”), an Ohio corporation having an address of 118 S. Sandusky Avenue, P.O. Box 90, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351, and Robert E. Beach (“Mr. Beach”), having an address of 2120 Bluestone Drive, Findlay, Ohio 45840, for Mr. Beach’s employment by CBS as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of CBS.
