REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of January 29, 2008, among ITC MIDWEST LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the “Borrower”), various financial institutions and other Persons from time to time parties hereto as lenders (each a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders” (which term shall include, unless the context otherwise requires, the Swingline Lender)) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
