(“Rent-Way”), a Pennsylvania corporation. For purposes of this Noncompetition Agreement, the “Rent-Way Companies” refers to Rent-Way, together with its past and present parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions.

For purposes of this Agreement, the “Rent-Way Companies” refers to Rent-Way, together with its past and present parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions.
