The undersigned stockholder (the "Stockholder") of Howell Corporation ("BELAIR") has executed a Support/Voting Agreement (the "Voting Agreement"), dated September 26, 2002, between the Stockholder and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation ("PARENT").
