180-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 4, 2005, among INTERNATIONAL LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION, a California corporation (herein called the “Company”), the financial institutions listed on the signature pages hereof (herein, together with their respective successors and assigns, collectively called the “Banks” and individually each called a “Bank”) and THE GOVERNOR AND COMPANY OF THE BANK OF SCOTLAND (herein, in its individual corporate capacity, together with its successors and assigns, called “Bank of Scotland”), as administrative agent for the Banks (herein, in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, called the “Agent”).
