This CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of June 13, 2005, is entered into by and among Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., a California corporation (“RSA”), RSAC Management Corp., a California corporation (“RSAC Management” and together with RSA, jointly and severally, “Borrowers” and individually, a “Borrower”), each lender whose name is set forth on the signature pages of this Agreement and each lender which may hereafter become a party to this Agreement (collectively, “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
