THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND LEASING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 28th day of June, 2005, by and between HINES INTERESTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership (hereinafter called “Owner”), and HINES REIT 1900/2000 ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter called “Manager”).
