This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Offshore Logistics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Michael R. Suldo, an individual (the “Executive”), effective as of the 1st day of June, 2005 (“Effective Date”). Except as otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.
