This First Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement, dated as of July 24, 2007 (this “Agreement”) of QUICKSILVER GAS SERVICES GP LLC (the “Company”), is entered into by the sole Member (as defined below), and amends and restates in its entirety the Limited Liability Company Agreement entered into by the sole Member as of January 31, 2007.
