THIS INCENTIVE AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Endeavour International Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and ___, an individual (“Grantee”) as of the ___day of ___, 200___(the “Grant Date”), pursuant to the Company’s 2007 Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Plan.
