THIS WRECK REMOVAL CONTRACT is made as of December 31, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and among BP AMERICA PRODUCTION COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“BP”), CHEVRON U.S.A. Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (“Chevron”), and GOM SHELF LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GOM”) (each hereinafter referred to individually as a “Company” and collectively as the “Companies”), and WILD WELL CONTROL, INC., a Texas corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
