This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Cardtronics, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Company”), Cardtronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent Company”), and Rick Updyke, of 17 Brae Loch, Garland, Texas 75044 (the “Employee”), as of July 9, 2007. Parent Company, Inc. joins in the execution of this Agreement for the sole purpose of evidencing its agreement to the provisions set forth in Sections 4.3(d), 6.1 and 8.14.
