This STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between HCC INSURANCE HOLDINGS, INC. and the undersigned employee (including any legal representative, permitted transferee, successor in right or Designated Beneficiary, the “Employee”).
