CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 19, 2002, among PARTNERRE LTD., a company organized under the laws of Bermuda (the “Company”) the Designated Subsidiary Borrowers (as hereinafter defined) from time to time party hereto, the lenders from time to time party hereto (each, a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
