FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, Quantum Leap Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Borrower"), hereby unconditionally promises to pay to the order of American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, a national banking association (the "Lender") at its principal place of business in Chicago, Illinois, or such other place as Lender may designate from time to time, the principal sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($3,880,000.00), which sum shall be due on May 31, 2004 and shall be payable in successive installments as follows: (a) monthly installments of interest only until (i) such time as the second draw has been funded or (ii) October 15, 2000, whichever is sooner to occur; THEN (b) fixed and level monthly installments of principal and interest in an aggregate amount computed on a 20-year amortization schedule; THEN (c) at such time as the third and final draw has been funded, fixed and level monthly installments of principal and
