(“NII”) a company with offices at 10700 Parkridge Blvd., #600, Reston, Virginia 20191, and Nextel Communications Argentina S.A., Nextel Telecomunicações Ltda., Comunicaciones Nextel de Mexico, S. A. de C. V., Nextel del Peru S.
