This AMENDMENT to the EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT effective as of November 1, 2001, (“Employment Agreement”), by and among MeriStar Hospitality Corporation (the “Company”), and MeriStar Hospitality Operating Partnership, LP .
