THIS EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, effective on the 13th day of January, 2003, by and between MERCANTILE-SAFE DEPOSIT AND TRUST COMPANY (“Merc-Safe”) (the “Employer”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, with its headquarters located at Two Hopkins Plaza, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, and MICHAEL M.
